Ingredients

  • 250 g asparagus, trimmed and halved
  • 4 salmon fillets, about 200 g each
  • 2 handfuls of flakes almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat oven to 210C.
  • STEP 2
    Tip the asparugus and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil into an overproof dish.
  • STEP 3
    Season the salmon and put the salmon in with the asparugus.
  • STEP 4
    Scatter the almond flakes over the salmon.
  • STEP 5
    Roast for about 15-20 mins.
