These were delicious and so quick and easy to prepare.
My children loved the beef skewers and the cucumber salad got wolfed down too.
I only added half a medium red chilli to the dressing and next time I might add more vinegar and soy, plus seasoning.

So tasty and Easy. I have used this recipe time and time again. The cucumber salad keeps it nice and fresh. I don't cook the skewers for quite as long as the recipe states as I like it to be nice and pink :)

Amazing- easy to make and have even tried the beef with different sauces (like terriyaki- would recommend) the cucumber salad makes it and I have also used this salad with other dishes!

This is an excellent low GI recipe. It's really quick and easy to make too. The cucumber salad is gorgeous. It's the perfect low fat alternative to a chinese take away - and it tastes much better too.
