This is an excellent low GI recipe. It's really quick and easy to make too. The cucumber salad is gorgeous. It's the perfect low fat alternative to a chinese take away - and it tastes much better too.

Amazing- easy to make and have even tried the beef with different sauces (like terriyaki- would recommend) the cucumber salad makes it and I have also used this salad with other dishes!
