Ingredients

  • chicken boneless 500 gm
  • corn flour 200 gm
  • egg 2 no
  • oil 60 ml
  • Green chilli 50 gm
  • white onion 250 gm
  • carrots 250 gm
  • spring onion 200 gm
  • balck papper powder 1tbs
  • chicken stook powder 1 tsp
  • soya sauce 2 tsp
  • dark mushroom soya sauce 1/2 tsp.
  • chicken stook 1 cup
  • potato starch 50 gm
  • suger 1/4 tsp

Method

  • STEP 1
    marinate the chicken cubes with egg,corn flour and chicken stook powder,soya sauce and oil and keep it for one hour
  • STEP 2
    take a wok heat oil and fry your marinated chicken and keep a side
  • STEP 3
    add oil in a chinese wok add cube onion and stir fry well add carrott and green chilli .and soya sauce,black papper,dark mushroom souce,chicken stook powder, suger,add spring onion
  • STEP 4
    add the chiken which you fried alraedy stire well until coated with sauce and add potato starch to make thick sauce,
  • STEP 5
    served with egg fried rice
