This is a really easy but very tasty recipe - the sauce is fantastic! I actually made it with chicken. I stir fried the chicken with spring onions, garlic and ginger until browned, then added broccoli (I couldn't get mange tour) and when almost done I added the cooked noodles and the sauce. It was really yummy and such a quick after-work meal.

Ok I confess I made this with tofu and not prawns - but this wasn't one of my better dishes. My sauce all stuck together with the noodles, leaving a clump of spicy, salty peanut-butter goo at the bottom....

I'm a great fan of this website but didn't like this dish at all. Tasted bland and grey!

I made this as a quick and easy dinner for me and my boyfriend and we both really liked it - he is quick fussy but said it was definitely one to repeat. You've really got to make the sauce to taste, I always think of recipes as just guides, afterall, you're the one eating it!

Quick, easy and delicious. I quickly stirfried the veg and prawns and added the dressing for a quick heat before mixing in the noodles. Very tasty.

This was delicious! I also stir fried veg first and used what I had - red peppers, onions, broccoli. I was hoping there would be leftovers - no chance!

I thought this was delicous! Very hard to keep myself from scoffing the second portion as well!! I also wavered slightly from the recipe. My prawn were frozen, so I fried the chilli (and a clove of garlic) for a minute or two and then added the prawns, and then the noodles and mangetout and dressing shortly after to heat through. Lush, will definitely be making again soon!

I had the sauce with just noodles and prawns for a quick snack and its gorgeous! I used crunchy peanut butter but needed a bit more water to thin it out as it was very thick. Could have added a bit more chilli sauce as the peanut flavour is quite strong too, but its the kind of thing that can easily be altered to suit your taste.

Yummy, have been looking for a good satay sauce and this is perfect! Did cook the veg and prawns with the sauce and added bit more water to stop it going too sticky. A favourite for sure!

I used the sauce for a stir-fry. It needs a bit more heat for us but tasty nevertheless.
