Prawn noodles with peanut dressing
This quick peanut sauce makes a special supper out of simple noodles

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 20 minutes- Whisk the peanut butter, sesame, soy and chilli sauce with 2 tbsp boiling water to make a dressing.
- Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Drain then put in a bowl with the prawns, mangetout and dressing. Toss together and serve sprinkled with chilli and spring onions.
