  We held a cake sale at work and i made these cookies as my offering, they went down a treat with everybody commenting on how tasty they were! They're extremely soft and chewy, i added white and dark choc chips as i hadn't got any milk chocolate chips and this worked just as well :D

  finally have a reliable cookie recipe! made them a bit too big at first (oops - not that anyone minded!) so will adjust the size of the dollops i put on the baking tray. PERFECT!

  Great recipe, I made 38 cookies, about rich tea size with the amounts given, which took about 9 mins to cook properly, any longer and they get a bit crispy round the edges. I used white and milk choc chips which was delicious and looked great. Really easy recipe, will definitely make again!

  This recipe works perfectly and makes the best chocolate cookies in the world!! I used half choc chips (white and milk) and half m&ms..delicious, if not disgustingly unhealthy!

  I just tried these and OMG they are so delicious!!! I added a little twist which ended up not being so nice! I added butterscotch chips with the chocolate ones.. Next time (oh there will definitely be a next time!!) I'll stick to the recipe and use only chocolate chips.. My hubby loved them as well.. 5 stars!

  I just tried these and OMG they are so delicious!!! I added a little twist which ended up not being so nice! I added butterscotch chips with the chocolate ones.. Next time (oh there will definitely be a next time!!) I'll stick to the recipe and use only chocolate chips.. My hubby loved them as well.. 5 stars!

  These are brilliant thanks. My husband likes them that much I think he might actually do the baking next time! Lovely recipe but I made 18 and they were still quite big!

  I think I undercooked them slightly as my first batch fell apart! 2nd batch was better - needs the full 12 mins and more!

  The only deviation from the recipe that I made was to use a bar of milk chocolate chopped up into random sized chunks. SERIOUSLY GOOD COOKIES!! .. easily the best cookie recipe I have found and one I will use time and again. The family loved them. Perfect, yummy cookies. All other cookie recipes will be going in the bin!! Thanks Carol !!
