  Wow, wow, wow!! Very easy recipie to follow!! They are gorgeous and stay nice and soft!! I choped up a bar of chocolate instead of using chocolate chips!! A Choc-A-Holics dream!! Next time, im going to try them without the cocoa! mmm.

  These are lovely! I miss read the recipe so didn't buy enough chocolate, so instead of 300g of chocolate chopped up i only used 150g and then added some dried cranberries and chopped mixed nuts instead. They were lovely, especially when they are still warm and the chocolate was soft!! My husband wants me to make them again!!

  I made these cookies and they were magic. I used M&M's instead of choc chips and they were fabulous, really stodgey and chocolately. I got lots of compliments. Will definately make these again. Many thanks for sharing the recipe Carol.

  Fantastic big chunky chocolatey cookies.......yum! These are the best cookies I've ever made and I've tried a few recipes over the years! So easy to make, I know I'll be making these again and again

  Really nice though a bit large for me to give the children. I used less mixture per cookie and baked for 10 mins instead. Yum x

  I just made these cookies they are absolutly Delicious. When I took them out after 12 minutes I thought they arent cooked but I took your advise and left them to cool and they are perfect just chewy and soft like the ones you buy in the shops thank you so much

  i have made these cookies around 6 times now, and each time they have turned out great, i even entered them in our local flower show in the cookery class and they came 1st, they are easy to make and i have used white choc chips from time to time and they're as good, thanks
