  Made this for 3 last night. Was easy to expand but only just had a dish big enough. Was VERY nice and very easy. Definitely do again. (I've not found a bad dish on here yet!)

  Made this last night, my salmon was a bit chunkier than suggested and so we had to pan fry for a minute or 2, we also added mushrooms and sweetcorn to the final dish and left out the cherry toms. Added a white sauce too. Sooo yummy, will definitley be doing this again!!

  I made this for a dinner party when I had very limited time to prepare - excellent! Everyone loved it, thought it was very tasty. And as a bonus, very little washing up!

  Got to say it tastes alot better than it sounds, honestly give it a go, you'll definitely be suprised. I made sweet and sour red onions to top off the salmon when it came out of the oven (recipe on this site)....delicious!
