Ingredients
- 50gr porridge oats
- 75gr plain flour
- 75gr marge
- 1/2tsp bicarb of soda
- 1tsp almond or vanilla extract
- 2med eggs beaten
- 250gr chopped dates
- 100gr chopped mixed nuts
- 50gr raisins 50gr chopped apricots
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven gas mark 4
- STEP 2Mix oats,flour,bicarb& fat together until it looks a bit like breadcrumbs, add the extract,nuts& fruit mix well
- STEP 3add the eggs &mix well
- STEP 4Put dessertspoonfuls onto a oiled tray leaving room
- STEP 5between each spoonful bake for 15/20 mins until
- STEP 6cooked remove from tray straight away put onto a cooling tray to get cold completely Enjoy
