Roast beef, mustard & watercress sandwiches
Peppery watercress with cold roast beef must be one of the greatest sandwiches

Ready in 10 minutes
- Butter the bread and divide the beef between 3 slices. Add pickled walnut (if using). Mix the watercress and crème fraîche, season and spread on top.
- Add mustard to the remaining bread, top, trim the crusts and cut into 3 fingers.
