New potatoes with lemon, parsley & garlic
The hot potatoes soak up the fresh lemon and garlic flavours in this dish

- Drop the potatoes in a large pan of boiling salted water and simmer until they are cooked but not falling apart (about 10 minutes).
- Drain and return the potatoes to the pan then add all the other ingredients and toss together with some seasoning.
