Hot-smoked salmon & watercress pâté with bagel crisps
Better when made a few hours earlier, this dish lends itself to laid-back dining

Ready in 15 minutes- Put the salmon, butter, cream cheese, lemon juice and watercress in a food processor and whizz until roughly blended.
- Halve the bagels then slice thinly. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and bake at 190C/fan 170C/gas 5 for 10-15 minutes or until crisp. Serve with the pâté.
