Good recipe, cheap and tasty. I doubled the mixture, omitted the flour and coriander (didn't have any), used a fresh chilli instead of the powder, and grilled them. I have placed the rest on the freezer in the hopes that they will store ok. Served them in pitta with hot sauce. Will make again.

These are great! My blender struggled a bit with the mixture. Next time I'll probably blend before adding the flour to see if this is easier. Cooked them in the oven for 25mins Gas mark 6 - turned out well and much easier than frying.

These have become a firm favorite in our house! Instead of the salsa we make our own tzatziki like sauce with yoghurt, chopped cucumber and garlic which is yummy with it. Also tried it with mango chutney along with the tzatziki sauce which was really good too!!

These were delish! I added a little more chilli powder because me and my husband love spice. They are so simple to make and can either be fried or grilled, I found grilled to be tastier, but each to their own. I made double to quantity because I knew it wouldn't be enough for my hubbys appetite, but we had two left over and I grilled them again the next day and my hubby had them with soup. Yes, strange I know, but he said it was delish! Will definately make them again!

Recipe worked really well and tasted nice but not quite as amazing as I'd hoped for (from all the reviews) but then I've only ever had falafels once before and it was years ago - so I don't really have much to compare these to.

I enjoyed these but thought they were a little bland. I would add a bit more flavour next time and also try a raita with them as well as salsa.

For those who don't like deep fry, you can always cook them in an oven (200 deg)

These are quick to make but do not hold together when cooking. The burgers kept on falling apart. I will try them in the oven next time? Has anyone else found these difficult to cook?

Yummy! These were so easy and tasted great with a dollop of tzatziki in the burgers. Might try using fresh red chilis next time to spice them up even more.

Very tasty! Was pleasantly surprised! However my smoothie maker didn't like its new role as food processor so I ended up trying to get the chickpeas shredded by hand..not an easy task. But still very good!

Ive made these a couple of times now and each time are amazingly tasty - although i find the amounts given only serve 2! I have them with salad, humous and salsa in pitta or tortilla wraps - so nice!
