Haven't tried this yet but can't wait Quick questions Can I freeze these? Can I cook them and then reheat the next day for my lunch in work? Thanks!

Made these last night, soooo easy. I love falafel but find it hard to buy in Ireland, only markets sell them. The recipie is simple, no more than 10mins, I deep fried them instead of the pan (quicker) and they were fab. Got the harissa in Marks and Spencer, had trouble finding it elsewhere. Have kept some for lunch today also

Very easy to make, but I thought it lacked flavour. I would add a bit more chilli and garlic, possibly more of the spices too. Served it with a lot of salsa to spice it up!

Fisrt time I made these they were fine but a bit bland. Added chilli flakes, fresh coriander and mint and a few dashes of west indian hot sauce. A real hit with our veggie guests!

These were really yummy! I thought they might be a bit dry but they were lovely and moist. I made 12 smaller ones and put them in wraps with a bit of lettuce, cucumber and some youghurt/mango chutney sauce. Only enough for 2 of us though!

These were so easy and so... tasty, added fresh coriander with the parsley. Also I did add 1 small red onion, as mentioned in the write ups. Will definitely be making these again.

I have been searching for ages for a decent falafel recipe and this one is by far the best: There's a perfect balance of spices, lovely consistency and it doesn't fall apart in the oil like many other recipes do. We had it with pittas, salad and mango chutney, which worked wonderfully.

we did enjoyed the burgers, although it came out to mushy and too much parsley. will change it a bit when I will do them again and maybe make the patties smaller with more oil in the pan.

Easy to make, and great to eat, this recipe is fantastic. My son, who frequently visits a North African cafe when he's away at university, maintains that these felafels are even better than the ones he buys there. Even my husband, a confirmed meat eater, thought they were great. I served them with a Greek salad, which was lovely. Will certainly make them again soon.

Made these for the first time today. Really nice but my grown up son refused to even try them point blank. My husband refused at first but changed his mind & enjoyed them. I opened a tin of red kidney beans by mistake so I used those as well as the chickpeas & they were really nice. Probably try them again with just chickpeas to see the difference.

Made these tonight for dinner for 6 as a starter with mango chutney and spicy salsa. Very nice, although I was generous with the spices and seasoning after reading some other comments. I also thought that they fell apart a bit when eating. But I got great comments and thought they were delish!!!
