Kooktips- tips om met gist te werken

    1. Deeg met gist : na goed kneden in een bolletje laten rijzen
    2. Zout kan gist afbreken.
    3. Nadat het deeg gerezen is NIET meer kneden
    4. Pizza in de oven 3 min (?) in een 300F warme oven laten bakken op de bodem van de oven
    5. 1 minuut onder de grill zetten.
