  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan. Fry the chillies for 1 minute and add the peas. Toss for 2 minutes until glossy.

    The nicest way I have found to cook sugar snap peas. They tasted delicious and the firm texture was great. I tyhink my chilli may have been too hot - the air around my wok made me cough!!
