Frozen orange & mango smoothie
Brighten up winter days with this vibrant, zesty smoothie

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 10 minutes, plus freezing
- Chill glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
- Divide between 4 glasses and serve.
Getting more juice
To extract more juice from oranges, before squeezing, roll on a work surface, pressing down firmly.
