  Very quick and simple to prepair, cooked the sausages in a small pan prior to cooking in the larger pan to remove excess fats, much healthier, used Tesco Finest Cherry toms, currently only 49p (Half Price, 15th Feb) lovely texture and flavour. Was tempted to thicken sauce slightly, don't, great with potatoes which soaks us juices. Lovely to have found a recipes that use oregano as I bought loads back from Protugal, will make again, maybe pasta next time, yum

  My partner loves sausages so I always cook recipes with sausages in and guess what he loved it and so did I. I used green olives instead of black and think I would definitely use black next time. I served it with carrots, green beans and new potatoes, which, as Mark said, are great for soaking up the juices. Another fab midweek recipe.

  i made this and left out the olives & used dried tarragon &a pinch of mixed herbs as that is what i had, served it with the roasted garlic mash .another recipe i found on here . will make again next week.

  As others have said, this is a real winner in both terms of taste and speed of preparation and cooking. It's excellent stirred in with semi-wholewheat tortiglioni pasta and served with a side salad.

  Fantastic, cheap and tasty. I personally do not like olives so I substituted these for adzuki beans to add more fibre and to bulk it out. I didn't cook meal with 500g of mushrooms, around 300 instead. Served with mash. whole family (4) loved this. I will definately do this again but next time I'm going to try past

  Great easy meal that I have made quite a few times. Everyone that I have cooked it for has loved it. It's just nice to do something different with sausages. The flavours are fantastic together but i also left out the olives because I'm not keen on them. I served this with mustard mash which was lovely!
