Ginger garlic beef with sesame greens
Treat yourself to a steak supper with oriental greens, the perfect midweek quick dish

Ready in 20 minutes- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick wok or frying pan. Add the beef and brown quickly. Add the ginger, garlic and spring onions and cook for 2 minutes, then add the soy.
- Steam the pak choy and mangetout until tender then toss with the sesame oil. Serve with the beef.
