Method

  1. Melt 150g of the chocolate, then stir in the Crunchie pieces. Gently stir the cream into the mascarpone then stir in the chocolate mix until just marbled.
  2. Spoon into small glasses or cups and top with the rest of the chocolate, grated or shaved.

    Made this with creme fraiche (can't do cream!)and maltesers. Great substitute for a lighter alternative although not so much of a mousse texture- delicious all the same!

    WOW is the only way to describe this desert, hubby loved it,and the kids.... I had a little bit left of mine and called them and I have never seen them move so fast! I had made them a smaller portion earlier in the day and they didnt mutter a sound until it was all gone!! defintely be making this again soon.

    Just OK. I thought it rather heavy & dense. I made 6 but could never finish 1 in a single sitting. A bit boring.

    Yummy admittedly - how could they not be with such ingredients? But I do think the calorie count is too high to justify them. My son was ecstatic, but calories don't count when you are 10!
