- Toast the bread and butter it lightly. Arrange the ham on the bread, trimming it to fit. Mix the cheese with the cream and mustard and spread over the ham.
- Trim off the crusts and cut each slice into 4. Grill on a baking tray until the cheese is bubbling and browned.
