Carrots with parsley
Quick and easy carrots, that are good enough for the Christmas table

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 20 minutes
- Put the carrots in a pan with a couple of tbsp water and a knob of butter, bring to a simmer, put a lid on and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
- Season and bubble off any extra liquid. Add the parsley and serve.
