Maple & mustard sausages
Simple, snappy and sizzling, these bangers are the perfect pre-dinner nibble to keep guests happy

- Fry the sausages in a wide pan with a small drop of oil until just cooked, about 8-10 mins, turning frequently until evenly browned.
- Drain off any excess fat from the pan, then add the maple syrup and mustard, stirring until the sausages are well coated, dark and shiny.
- Remove and cut into diagonal slices. Serve the sausages warm or at room temperature, speared onto cocktail sticks.
