This sweet salad is perfect teamed with Thai, Chinese and Japanese meals to give a bit of colour and crunch

Method

  1. Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, zest and lime juice.
  2. Toss together with a bag of spinach, rocket and watercress salad and serve immediately.

    This was SO popular with all my young grandsons who usually don't want to eat salad. They all took the recipe back to college with them so that they could make it. We had it with Grilled Salmon and an Advocado, Tomato and Lime salad.

    I use this all the time and am constantly asked for the recipe. I tend to add toasted pine nuts too.
