Sprouts with walnuts & pancetta
Don't give up on sprouts. This recipe will persuade even the most reluctant guest to give them another try

Ready in 20 minutes
- Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green. Cook the pancetta in the butter until crisp and golden.
- Add the walnuts and cook until golden and toasted. Add the sprouts and toss everything together.
