Simple .. easy .. very nice, this is how I can describe this recipe. made it yesterday and unfortunately I had to swap some ingredients for I did not have sesame oil or the mangetout, so I used macadamia nut oil and for the vegetable I used steamed Broccoli, It was very yummy. next time I will definitly try it with the right ingredients for it was very nice and really quick to make. Thanks :-)

Great dish and simple to make. I used tuna steaks instead of salmon and courgette instead of mangetout. I will try it with salmon and other vegetables next time.

The mangetout and pepper gives a good texture to the noodles and makes a very refreshing and very healthy main course. As a person with heart disease, this recipe ticks seberal boxes for me. Very straightforward to make.

This was a rather nice recipe although I used rice instead of noodles and lightly cooked and sautéed asparagus. Lovely fresh flavours for a simple but effective lunch.

Quick to make, easy and savoury. I left out the noodles and made some steamed vegetables to serve.

Really delicious dish and very easy to make. I did feel there was something slightly lacking in flavour and i think I will add either chillies or ginger if I were to make it again. But still a brilliant meal that I would recommend - especially as a quick fix after work.

Following anonymous's comment I tasted the sauce before using and agreed it lacked something so sprinkled in some dried crushed chillies which just gave it a little kick. We loved it. I also very quickly lightly stir fried the veg before adding them to the noodles. Will definitely use the recipe again. (I had to use lemon because couldn't get lime at short notice and it was fine but I suspect lime would be better)
