Soy & sesame salmon with warm noodle salad
Why serve a plain salmon fillet when you can give it an Oriental twist and still have it on the table in just 30 minutes?

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 30 minutes- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice with the sugar until dissolved. Put the salmon in a freezer bag with half the marinade and leave for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles following the packet instructions, drain and toss with the remaining marinade, mange tout, pepper and spring onion. Grill the salmon under a hot grill for 5 minutes until glazed and just cooked through. Serve with the noodles.
