A great pasta sauce, on the gentle side of spicy, that is sure to become a favourite

- Cook the onions, garlic and bacon in the olive oil until softened (about 5 minutes). Add the chilli and tomatoes then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the packet instructions. Stir the sauce through and sprinkle on the parsley.

- a small bunch parsley , roughly chopped
