Method

  1. Cook the onions, garlic and bacon in the olive oil until softened (about 5 minutes). Add the chilli and tomatoes then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the packet instructions. Stir the sauce through and sprinkle on the parsley.
