Try swapping the bacon for pancetta, very tasty!

It would be helpful if recipes stated whether or not they are suitable for Diabetics.

Really simple & everyone loved it! Added more bacon though, as I didn't think that 3 rashers would be enough... Used fresh pasta & the end result was very tasty. The chilli didn't make it hot, just gave it a bit of an edge so don't be scared to add it.

Quite odd - I decided to use Basil instead of Parsely and Panchetta instead of Bacon before reading the suggestions. Yummy, good quick, easy and tasty dinner.

Really easy and simple dinner for after work. I added more bacon too. I forgot the parsley but it seemed lovely without anyway. I also used fresh chilli really finely chopped instead of chilli flakes which gave it a great kick. Will make again soon because it is so tasty and easy there's no reason not to!

just found this recipe again as i lost it few years ago after using it as a starter in a hotel i worked in. gotta say its one of the best startes i did while working there and had not one complaint. being a chef i have made several variations of this recipe and all went down a storm. instead of using bacon or pancetta try using chorizo sausage, the natural oil that comes from it really makes a difference, also try experiment with fresh herbs, corriander is my favourite. this recipe is so simple, quick and versitlie you cant go wrong. one of my favourite meals 10/10
