Did 25 drumsticks for a party today and they were very well received. As suggested added extra ginger and cooked at 190 degrees C fan oven. Easy to prepare party food. Will try on chicken thighs for a tasty midweek supper.

Cooked these on the barbecue on Sunday. They were great but agree with Dee could do with a bit more ginger.

unclear instruction as to temperature, and if two different temps or not (roast /cook)

Very good. :)
Even my husband liked it, and he's not into chicken meat that much.
Next time i'll add little bit more of ginger.

What temperature do you need to roast chicken at?

Not bad at all but maybe better for party food than for dinner.

Absolutly fabulous! Although I didn't have any Sweet Chilli sauce left, so I improvised and used "Cottage Delights" Tropical Mango, Lime and Chilli sauce. This made them even stickier but lots of fun to eat. It was enjoyed by a wide range of ages! We loved it!

Sticky chicken drumsticks -
"Roast for 20 mins...." but at what temperature? Perhaps 'roast' means a certain temperature, but how would I know? It would be really helpful if ALL the information necessary was included in this recipe. So frustrating for people not very good at cooking who struggle when assumptions are made that we know what to do. If we knew what to do - we wouldn't need the recipe!
Can anyone help? Roast for 20 min at what temperature?
