  These were lovely - didn't feel low fat but make sure you make them quite flat as otherwise they don't cook all the way through properly.

  Although not as good on fat content, this recipe is fantastic done with lamb mince. Add a few flakes of red hot chille flakes for that extra kick!!! Fantastic!

  Was surprised what a nice burger turkey mince makes. Very tasty with a seeded granary bap and a generous dollop of mango chutney.

  For anyone watching their carbs, I worked out that without Burger bun the contents are aprox: Kcals - 198 Protein -30g carbs -3g fat 7 g.

  Have made these burgers several times now, they are always a winner. We usually have them with lime pickle and a wholemeal roll - delicious and very low fat!! Even the kids eat them!!

  I've made the burgers a few times. I add a small tomato and only add egg white to make it healthier. I also add salt, but not required if you are having it with lime pickle.

  I did these under the grill to be extra healthy and as they were quite sticky wouldn't pan fry anyway. Loved the curry flavour though. Fab

  these were so tasty. Read previous comments and really minced the tuna and also added one red chilli. Much better than a beef burger!

  My sister made these for the family and they were very tasty, and juicy too which was nice as I find beefburgers can be a little dry sometimes. I liked the curry flavour and I adore coriander, can't get enough of the stuff! The only thing I would say is make the burgers quite thin, or they will take a while to cook through.
