  Instead of courgettes I used carrots which worked just fine. It's great as a one-pot dish and definately a winner with my family.

  Simply delicious! i actually made it wthout the vegetables and it was still as delicious! easy & quick to make.Might try marinating it overnight next

  delicious outcome. i have a problem because my daughter and husband do not like to eat vegetables and it gets quite frustrating sometimes. when i prepared this dish they asked for more:-)) will surely do it again and again

  this is a favourite in our house - without the wholegrain mustard as I'm not a fan - we have it a lot! such an easy midweek meal

  Went down a treat with the family. Used chicken thighs instead of legs and added carrots too. Will definitely become a regular meal.

  loved this recipe and you can really substitute a lot of different roasting veg, whichever you like, we also put in sweet potatoes too

  Great one pot meal. Made it for a dinner party and it went down so well that I had to give them the recipe afterwards. Easy to prepare which is always a bonus and a great mix of veg. The maple syrup was beautifully sweet on the chicken but not overpowering in the slightest. I will make again.

  I'm sorry to say but I was so keen on this, everything just tasted the same and it was very greasy. I don't think this will be in my favourites.
