Made this with double the ingredients for 4 people but left the beans at 200g. It was lovely, my fussy teenage daughter loved it so this is another meal to my growing list since finding this site.

White wine definitely needed. Add it after frying the prosciutto ham, remove from pan and add the white wine to reduce, then add the creme fraiche. I also added some finely chopped mushrooms.... they helped to give the sauce a bit more body and also a bit of garlic.... good for you after all!

This is a really good recipe. Tastes very nice and super easy. I was a bit dubious about the small number of ingredients and thought about adding garlic, chilli or some herbs. But in the end I stuck to the recipe and honestly I don't think it needed anything else. Also I substituted mascarpone cheese for creme fraiche as that's what I had in the fridge.

Love this recipe! It's quick, easy, healthy and tasty - the perfect weeknight meal. I used fine green beans instead of runner beans and only 100g as 200g seems a bit much for just two people.

We made it with green beans instead of runner beans and added a little lemon juice. Delicious!

This is just the best, and so quick and easy! I've used it as a starter, and also as a main course - we can't stop eating it!

It was okay, had better.

Really tasty & very quick. Didn't have runner beans or prosciutto, so used peas and bacon instead, with a generous sprinkling of parmesan on top of course :)

This recipe is fantastic, we added a little bit of white wine to give the flavour a boost and some mushrooms for that added extra.

Loveey, I used bacon cut instead into strips and served with a strong grated cheddat cheese.

So quick and easy! I didn't fry the proscuitto because I thought it would be nice softer, but I think it might actually be better crisp. Will try adding a garlic clove and perhaps a squeeze of lemon or some herbs next time for extra flavour.
