Plum & almond crumbles
Use really ripe plums to make these very special little puds

Ready in 35 minutes
- Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Put the plums, sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in a pan. Stir and heat for 3-4 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Divide between 4 small ovenproof dishes.
- Whizz the flour and butter in a food processor until it resembles breadcrumbs then mix in the sugar, oats and almonds. Spoon over the top of the plums and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.

- 2 tbsp demerara sugar
- 4 tbsp oats
- 50g flaked almonds
