Apple & mint sorbet
Try adding a refreshing sorbet course to your dinner parties, or serve it as a low-fat pud

Ready in 35 minutes, plus churning
Low-fat, Dairy-free
- Put the sugar in a small pan with 150ml water. Heat until the sugar has dissolved then add the mint. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain and add to the apple and lemon juice.
- Pour into an ice-cream maker and churn to a sorbet consistency
