Delicious soup! I added the rind from a piece of Parmesan which I save in my freezer Then remove before liquidising. This gives a lovely depth of flavour

Simple and tasty. Loved it and have made it several times either for a light lunch or a dinner party starter

I pan fried the onion, cougette and addedd some garlic to give colour and a bit more flavour, then added it to the stock with the pots and simmered until soft - just stirred the rocket through just before blitzing! Very yummy - maybe not tasting of courgette but very nice!

Ok - but not that interesting. I did use shop bought rocket which doesn't have the same fire as home-grown stuff.

What a lovely, delicate, fresh, summer soup! I suggest a hint of lime zest and a few chilly flakes for a truly summery dish!

Excellent, Used chicken stock instead of the veg stock, added 2 cloves garlic, 2 small chillies and a bit of parmesan, really nothing like the original but really good and would definitely make again.

Made this soup last night as have loads of home grown courgette to use up! I added 2 chopped garlic cloves to the pan with the onion and stirred through grated parmesan at the end for extra flavour.

It was yummy but could have been too bland for my taste without my added ingredients!

I loved this soup. Quick and easy to make and a great way to use up my surplus of home grown courgettes and rocket. I will definitely make more and freeze for using in the winter...

Made this today with rocket and courgettes from the garden, but upped the amount of rocket to 300g because I have so much. Came out very well and it's in the freezer now.

I made this soup ( but without the croutons ) for my lunch today and found it very tasty. I will definitely make it again, especially as it a useful way to use up the glut of courgettes in the garden.

I tried this for the first time last night and took on board some of the suggestions, so added a fresh chilli to give it a bit more taste and it was wonderful! Really good, easy recipe and a great way to use up excess courgettes, will be making it again!

I have used up some of my home grown courgettes so I know this is going to be healthy.
Also used a parmesan cheese rind during cooking to add some depth to the flavour. With plenty of seasoning this tasted really good; will be putting some in the freezer for some warming soup in the winter!

I did this recipe for dinner and I have to say that I really liked it, only the next time I would put a bit more rocket to give more flavour. The taste was indeed delicate, so is good for the people that don't particularly love vegetables. Because I love vegetables I will add more rocket. I will do it again for sure!
