Chorizo & SunBlush tomato penne
A spicy, quick pasta dish that is sure to become a favourite, just the thing for after work

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 15 minutes
- Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, cook the chorizo for 2-3 minutes in a non-stick pan. Add the garlic and tomato and season.
- Cook for a couple more minutes then add the wine.
- Simmer gently for 4-5 minutes then stir through the parsley and pasta.
Recipe Extra
Add a tin of chopped tomatoes instead of the SunBlush tomatoes if you'd like more sauce and serve with parmesan.
