  I make this using pork loin steaks. I also omit the ginger as I don't like it. This is really easy to make and tastes delicious (even if I've only managed to marinate it for a very short amount of time).

  I wasn't too impressed with the flavour. On the plus side, it's quick and easy to make. I doubt I'll be making this again.

  Have made this 3 times and it's absolutely delicious.I marinated the pork over night and it was so tender.Some hot water added to the left over juices gives more of a sauce to pour over rice etc.

  This was surprisingly tasty and tender. Marinated the pork overnight - great flavour. Used Fan Grill function on the oven and the pork had nice burnt bits around the edges. Husband, who is not too keen on orange flavours, ate everything!

  Made this last night; I'd definitely recommend getting thick pork fillets rather than steaks. Tesco did two for £3.50 and both were delicious. For two hungry males, we had one fillet each (even though this recipe says one is enough for four people!) so bear that in mind. Marinated for about an hour. Greens were pak choi (lightly cooked in oil) along with long grain rice. I also combined it with half of the braised red cabbage recipe (http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5052/chinese-braised-red-cabbage.jsp) and we both ate it all. I made a bit more marinade than prescribed because having too much is always better than too little. We ended up using it all up, pouring over the rice and meat. Overall, the dish was pretty simple but tasty. Not much to rave about but a nice dish all the same. Would definitely make it again.

  I thoroughly enjoyed this dish, as did my family. But I cooked it for 30 minutes not around 20 as stated in the recipe. Certainly I will make it again.

  Very good, and very easy. Used good pork fillet from the butchers & doubled the quantity of the marinade for 4 people - you need to have some sauce on the rice really. Also served with braised red cabbage.

  Marinated pork fillet overnight. The pork took longer than 20 mins to cook - so much so that we finished it off in slices in the pan. There was no weight given as a guide to size of the fillet which may have helped. The taste was good, and strong and very flavoursome.

  Nice and easy dish to make. Have made it a couple of times now. Pork fillet is best, but worked well with boneless chops. Found I had to reduce the marinade aftercooking the pork in the end to turn it sticky, and also added chopped fresh corriander at the last minute, really makes a diffrence. The marinade makes the pork extra tender , the longer you leave it.
