Sweet chilli pork burgers
Make these burgers and show off at a barbecue this summer, everyone will love them

Ready in 30 minutes
- Mix together the pork, onion, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, breadcrumbs and egg yolk in a bowl with your hands. Season and form into 4 burgers.
- Fry the burgers in 1 tbsp oil for 5-6 minutes each side over a medium heat, or until cooked through. Arrange each burger on a ciabatta base, top with sliced tomatoes, red onion and a little more sweet chilli sauce to serve
Recipe extra
Try substituting turkey mince for the pork. Mix a selection of chopped herbs through some soured cream and add a dollop when serving.

- 2 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce (Wagamama does a good one)
- a small handful coriander , chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk , beaten
- sunflower oil
- 4 ciabatta rolls, halved and lightly toasted
- 2 tomatoes , sliced
- 1 small bunch red onion , sliced
