Surprisingly tasty for such a simple recipe. Will try using Sirloin next time as I'm sure that'll take it to a whole new level.

I can prepare and cook the stir-fry in the time it takes to boil the rice! Very Quick and Easy to make! Delicious. I also added sliced peppers to the stir-fry for additional veg/colour.

Definitely needs more sauce and if you add more oyster sauce & some soy sauce, if it's too salty for you, just add a small sprinkle of sugar!

A nice tasty-enough dish, however lacking something to take it to that next level. A bit more sauce maybe... No way this would serve 4 people, maybe stretch to 3. I served it with pak choi, cooked in the juices leftover in the pan once the beef had been plated.

This is a regular for me - simple and really tastey. I often use Quorn 'fake' beef strips to make it even more healthy.

So quick and easy, went down well with my fussy husband. The basil really sets it off but would have liked a bit more flavor so will probably add some soya sauce and bit of veg like sugar snap peas next time but overall loved it.

Made this tonight. This recipe in my opinion is for two people, not 4. Used 4 tbsp oyster sauce and a squirt of sweet chilli sauce. Used a microwave pouch of plain rice for two. Absolutely delicious meal!

This was delicious! I added baby aubergine and and steamed green beans and used a little more oyster sauce as it was a little dry. Wonderfully quick to make and will definitely become a regular in our house!
