Green beans with sticky soy almonds & sesame seeds
Soy almonds are great with this recipe or on their own with drinks, serve as part of an Asian feast

- Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a medium frying pan. Add the almonds and cook over a low heat until golden. Add the honey and soy. Toss for 30 seconds until all of the liquid has evaporated and pour onto a tray to cool.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain then add the remaining sesame oil, sesame seeds and the sticky almonds.
