I servied this with 2 more dips as a starter for a ladies' night I had at home. I served them with a plateful of crisp crudities and crackers. All my guests asked me for the recipe.

One of the most popular dips I've ever made, and the easiest. Beautiful with thin breadsticks or carrot sticks.

This looked too simple to be good, but everyone loved it. I just added the chilli sauce to the cream cheese and mixed it together with the spring onion and chives to make a creamy pink dip. Delicious. Make sure you add enough chilli sauce to add a bit of zing. I also did more than it says as it didn't look enough.

This is a good one but actually better with chopped fresh coriander instead of chives.

forget the spring onions and chives - why complicate something so great. I always have both in fridge/cupboard and it is always a BIG hit.

Made this for my anti-spice husband and kids for a picnic. I left out the spring onion (because I didn't have any) but added extra chives. Everyone loved it, and wanted more!

Quick and easy to make. Really tasty. We had lots of things on the buffet but this dish was picked out as a favourite. Ideal to whip up when friends are coming around for drinks.

This recipe was enjoyed by all at a recent drinks and nibbles get-together. I did not use 4 TBSP of sweet chilli dipping sauce, but used 3 TBSP to be on the safe side - not knowing visitors` tastes. For some of my family, 4 TBSP would be preferred. Tasty!

Fantastic dip! I made it for a my boyfriend and I to have with home made wedges and it went perfectly. I made it without chives because we had none. But I will try with chives when I get some in.

Alternatively, leave out the other herbs and sprinkle with chopped corriander - an absolute winner!

Lovely and simple. Made my own sweet chilli sauce, which was quite fiery, so it was great with the cool cream cheese.
