Beetroot is one of my favourite vegetables. Combining this with the horseradish and creme fraiche was a treat. Absolutely wonderful. I only ever use fresh beetroot so roasted it first. A quick and very easy dip to make.

Have made this for our dinner tonight, along with the Falafel Burgers (these were made by my hubby - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5605/falafel-burgers) and the dip tastes fantastic. Will make again for sure.

Would love to make this but it is so difficult to buy creme fraiche here in Brisbane, here one day gone for the next few months!

This is really tasty and so easy to make! Everybody loves it even people who don't like beetroot or horseradish. I use the vacuum packed beetroot from Tesco. Definitely a winner for entertaining.

Excellent and really easy to make. Used it as a relish for homemade fish fingers as the fish course for a dinner party.
