Ingredients
- 500g frozen mango chunks
- 200g greek yogurt
- 2tbsp malibu liqueur
- 2tbsp icing sugar
- 1 piece stem ginger
- 6 crispy waffle cones (if desired)
Method
- STEP 1whiz up the mango, yogurt, malibu, icing sugar and stem ginger in a food processor until smooth.
- STEP 2Either serve immediately or freeze in a covered container for up to 1 month
