Ingredients

  • 500g frozen mango chunks
  • 200g greek yogurt
  • 2tbsp malibu liqueur
  • 2tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 piece stem ginger
  • 6 crispy waffle cones (if desired)

Method

  • STEP 1
    whiz up the mango, yogurt, malibu, icing sugar and stem ginger in a food processor until smooth.
  • STEP 2
    Either serve immediately or freeze in a covered container for up to 1 month
  • STEP 3
    Per serving: 173 kcal, 2.3g fat, 1.5g sat fat, 3.7g protein, 34.9g carbs, 21.8g sugar, 0.2g salt
