Tagliatelle with fresh tomato & basil sauce

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 15 minutes- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Toss together the tomatoes, garlic, shredded basil and oil and season well. Drain the pasta, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking liquid.
- Toss everything together, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with parmesan if using.
