Grilled mackerel with orange salad
Packed with good stuff, mackerel is one of the best ingredients around - tang it up with an orange salad

20 minutes
- Steam or boil the new potatoes until tender, for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, brush each mackerel all over with 1 tsp oil, season well then grill for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Toss the orange, onion, rocket and potatoes together and then drizzle with the vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil. Serve the mackerel with the salad.
