Method

  1. Put the bulgur wheat in a bowl with the cumin and just cover with boiling water. Set aside for 10 minutes to soften and absorb the liquid. Drain off any excess.
  2. Meanwhile, crumble the feta into a bowl with the tomatoes and herbs. Add to the bulgur wheat and toss together. Divide between 2 plates and drizzle with a little oil and a squeeze of lime juice.

Healthy, simple, quick and extremely tasty! Lovely. I had this alongside some stir-fried chicken with some chilli flakes. To be repeated.

Easy and delicious! I am using a bit less bulgur wheat and a bit more tomatoes and basil in this recipe.

This is beautiful! I made it for a group of friends and it was praised very highly. The cumin works so well ... and that squeeze of lime really gives it a gorgeous flavour.

This is a very delicious summery dish. I sometimes use the juice of one lemon instead of the lime. Lovely to have with grilled chicken or baked salmon and some peashoots and is excellent the day after for lunch too.

lovely, I think I will add cucumber and spring onions next time, and maybe an orange pepper diced for more colour and to make a meal.

I really fancy this recipe. Made it as a side dish to a garlicy, lemony roasted chicken and it was superb. Will make it again for a picnic I am planning next weekend and I sure it will be a hit
