  I really fancy this recipe. Made it as a side dish to a garlicy, lemony roasted chicken and it was superb. Will make it again for a picnic I am planning next weekend and I sure it will be a hit

  lovely, I think I will add cucumber and spring onions next time, and maybe an orange pepper diced for more colour and to make a meal.

  cous cous works just as well in this recipe. Also I use a little stock instead of water.

  This is a very delicious summery dish. I sometimes use the juice of one lemon instead of the lime. Lovely to have with grilled chicken or baked salmon and some peashoots and is excellent the day after for lunch too.

  This is beautiful! I made it for a group of friends and it was praised very highly. The cumin works so well ... and that squeeze of lime really gives it a gorgeous flavour.
