This is a easy and tasty standby. Have made this quite a few times now when I just don't know what to cook, or we have got in late.

Just made this - extremely quick and very tasty - it doesn't look that apetising when you first put it together but the end result is a delicious quick meal! I used dried chilli flakes instead of fresh chillis and it turned out just as well.

Love this recipe nice and easy and quick too. I used my own tomato sauce with basil and paprika which was in the fridge.

I've made something very similar to this using a carton of passata. I essentially follow the above recipe (but without tomatoes) and I put in the passata last. Its a very easy and quick dish and tastes lovely. Also add some halved black olives- that sets it off nicely!

this went down well in the slave kitchens of chateaux daddachef. try using tuna in spring water, then add sea salt and black pepper to taste. a use of mixed olives also adds flavour. finally leave in the chilli seeds for a warm satisfying afterglow!
