I made this at school for gcse and i loved it. It was so simple and easy to make, because it only took 10 mins, and i put it in the fridge for the rest of the 2 hours. I changed it by adding strawberries and orange zest in the Lemon Syllabub and Orange zest on top. I Loved it Thankyou for putting it on the website. It is now in my binder FOREVER.

Can anyone tell me what weight a 284 tub is? As a Brit living in the US I miss so many recipes from home and find it hard sometimes to get the correct ingredients :( Thanks and Season's Greetings to All :)

I'm looking forward to making this! I am planning on smashing up some ginger nut biscuits and sprinkling a generous handful over the top at the last minute. Will let you know how I get on!...
