Method

  1. Drizzle some oil from the curry paste jar into a wok or large frying pan, gently heat, then add the onion. Sizzle over a low heat for 4 mins until the onion softens, then stir in the paste and cook for a few mins longer. Stir in the prawns and tomatoes, then bring to a simmer. If using raw prawns, simmer until they have changed colour and are cooked through. Season, if you like, then add the coriander just before serving with boiled rice and naan bread.

Got my husband to make this: he did well! Great for a mid week fast supper but don't think I'd go as far as serving it to guests.

A fantastic receipe and really tasty despite being healthy and low fat: bonus! I've tried it with several different curry paste's but my favourite by far was Pataks cumin and coriander, gives it a kick!

Very impressed. Thought it might be bland but was very tasty. Added spinach, which is obviously good for you andalso made it look more visually interesting and 2 cloves of garlic.
Easy to make as a meal for one or for guests. Will be a definate regular on the menu.

GREAT RECIPE. QUICK, LOW FAT (ALWAYS A BONUS) AND NOW A REGULAR ON OUR MENU. GREAT FOR MID-WEEK AND FOR A QUICK MEAL TO COOK FOR FRIENDS.

Highly recommended. Quick & easy after a hard day. Ingredients just as in the recipe but added side dish of sliced banana. Used Geetas Medium Mango Chutney (yummy) & nan bread. A half bottle of Oyster Bay white wine made it a perfect meal.

great mid week meal. couldnt believe how easy the recipe was, thought it wouldnt taste as nice as it sounded..... but it was lovely. my kind of recipe, my other half thinks i can cook now......!
